Refund & Exchange Policy

To ensure you are absolutely happy with your purchase, we offer 30 Day Change of Mind return policy. For any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return for a refund or exchange the goods within 30 days after you receive your purchase. Change of mind refund is subject to 10% restocking fee. The goods eligible for full refund and exchange must be in saleable condition and accompanied by a sales receipt, original packaging, all original paperwork e.g. certificate of authenticity or diamond certificate and a copy of your shipping confirmation email.

Gevery reserves the right to reject the return request when it is believed that our 30 Day Change of Mind return policy is abused.

Local pick up items, backorder items, made to order items, custom made items, special orders and engraved items are not eligible for 30 Day Change of Mind Return Policy.

You are responsible for return postage. We recommend that insurance to be purchased on return postage. You are liable and assume ownership of the goods until it arrives at our warehouse. We will not proceed with the refund until item is delivered back to our warehouse and inspected by our Returns team.

All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection by our Returns team.

A refund will be made to the purchaser via the form of the original tender within 5 business days after the good is confirmed to pass the inspection performs by our Returns team. Original postage cost is not refundable in case of Change of Mind return. Gevery will be responsible for return postage if the return is the result of our error or the item is defective.
